APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(T. Keith Co., - Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a two-acre division of property
in the city's industrial park for the Tom Keith Co., and
WHEREAS, the Cmon Council has accepted the Offer to
Purchase from Mr. Keith, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recmended approval of
the two-acre division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the city
Plan Commission, does hereby approve of the certified
survey finalizing a two-acre division to be known as
Lot 6 Block 4, in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
