AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL
(Thomas Schmechel))
* WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mr. Thomas Schmechel,
owner of a parcel of land comprised of Lots 6 and 7, Mill
Valley Heights Unrecorded Subdivision, for a refund in the
amount of $240.00 for the cost of an extra lateral that had been
installed to serve his property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that since
the lot is not divisible there is no need for a second lateral,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
does hereby authorize a refund in the amount of $240.00 to Mr.
Thomas Schmechel for an unusable sewer lateral.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval has been given with
the understanding that a parcel of land known as Lots 6 and 7,
Mill Valley Heights Subdivision cannot be divided into two
legal lots.
