APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - SHAGBARK SUBDIVISION
e WHEREAS, on-the 8th day of January, 1974, the Comon Council
of Shagbark Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission has recommended approval of
the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Cmission,
does hereby approve the final plat of Shagbark Sbudvision
in Section 4, subject to the city's receipt of a sufficient
bond to assure completion of all required improvements in
the subdivision to- the satisfaction of the city.
