DENIAL OF REZONING REQUEST
(Scott Krause)
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request from
Mr. Scott Krause to rezone approximately seven acres owned
by him from Agriculture to R3, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after due consideration, has
recommended denial for the following reasons:
1. The soil types, drainage situations and absence
of sanitary sewer facilities creates a condition
not conducive to high density development.
2. The proposed development would not be in conform-
ance with the comprehensive plan.
3. The proposed development would not be compatible
with the general agriculture area.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby deny the-y-etition of Mr. Scott
Krause to rezone a parcel of property containing 7.11 acres
at the most southerly end of Groveway Lane in Section 26
from Agriculture to R-3.
