AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR
POLICE DEPARTMENT COPY MACHINE BETWEEN
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND SAVIN SALES CORP.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
service agreement between the City of Muskego and the Savin
Sales Corporation of Wisconsin for the copy machine at the
Police Department be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed maintenance
agreement between the city and the Savin Business Machines
Corporation for the copy machine at the Police Department at
a cost not to exceed $165.00 for the year 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
