APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR EARL BROBERG
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a request .from Earl Broberg to grant legal status for two lots
which were previously created from Lots 4, and 6, Block 1 of
the Oak Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of said
request subject to the condition that a lot utility easement
be provided along the south line of Lot 6,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the request by Earl Broberg
for legal status for two lots which were previously created
from Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 1 of the Oak Ridge Unrecorded
Subdivision, subject to the condition that a 10' utility ease-
ment be provided along the south line of Lot 6.
