GRANTING A PERMIT TO PAYNE & DOIAN OF WISCONSIN, INC.
TO OPERATE A PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin, lnc. has requested
permission to continue the operation of their portable asphalt
plant-t its present location on Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Cmission that
said request be granted,
I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the City of Muskego does hereby grant a permit to Payne & Dolan of
Wisconsin, Inc. to operate their portable asphalt plant at
its present location on Crowbar Road, Said permit to expire 0 I December 1, 1976.
