AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE EASEMENT FOR MICHAEL J. NOWITZKE
e WHEREAS, the city owns a parcel of land located between
Bay Shore Estates and Hillview Farm Plat which was formerly
known as the Ralph E. Lassa lot, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Michael J. Nowitzke, owner of a lot in the Hillview
Farm-Lochcrest Plat, has requested that the city grant him
an easement in order for him to be able to use Shore Lane as
an access to his property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
necessary easement be executed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute an easement which would provide access from Shore Lane
to the Nowitzke property.
