AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF NEW POLICE OFFICER
AT STEP I1 OF THE SALARY RANGE
WHEREAS, a vacant position of patrolman presen't1.y exists
in the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Poli.ce has requested that in order
to save the time as well as money which is involved in
Council authorize him to hire an experienced officer at
the training of a new pdice officer that the Common
the second step of the salary range, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that his
request be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Chi.ef of Police to
fill the existing vacant position of patrolman at Step 11
of the salary range which is $11,628.00.

EASEMENT

1975, - by and between the undersigned, CITY OF MUSKEa3, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as first party, and MICHAEL
J. NOWITZKE, hereinafter referred to asQsecond party.
WITNESSETH
First party, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ._
($1.00) and other good and valuable consideratim, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does grant and convey unto
second party, his heirs, and assigns, an easement for the purpose
of ingress and egress over the following described real estate:

Legal description of a 30' wide access easement,
being located in part of the Northeast + of Section 8,
Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, banded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Block I, Bay Shores I
Estates Subdivision, a recorded plat; thence East, 89.05
feet; thence North, 45.00 feet; thence East 365.43 feet,
to the Southeast corner of Parcel No. I as shown in
Volume 8 of Certified SurvqMaps, Pages 246-248, recorded
as Document No. 770971, Waukesha County Records, and
the place of beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter
described; thence South, 50.00 feet; thence West, 30.00
feet; thence North 50.00 feet; thence East, 30.00 feet

to the place of beginning, containing 0.03 acres.
The grantee herein shall be solely responsible for
the maintenance of the property which is the subject of this
easmnt and shall install such culverts as necessary to insure
proper drainage &may be required by the City.
This easement in no way is intended to prohibit use a of the area described for said easement by the City of Muskego
or its assigns for such purposes not inconsistent with this
easement as the City from time to time deem advisable.
Pursuant to Resdut ion #252-75, passed by the Pub1 ic
Work Committee of the City of Muskego on November I I, 1975,
this easement is hereby executed.
