ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF a JEWEL CREEK HEADWALL
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the repair of Jewel
Creek Headwall, and * WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

Cost, Inc. $ 7,340.00
R. E. Doebler 11,300.00
Inland I nc . 16,325.00
Lakesi.de Const. 31,509.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid of Cost, Inc. i.n the total amount of $7,340.00 be
accepted

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee
and the city's consulting engineers, does hereby accept the
low bid of Cost, Inc. in the total amount of $7,340.00 for the
repair of the Jewel Creek headw wall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City,
after review by the City Attorney.
