AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS RELATING
TO RECEIPT OF LANDS FROM KRISTIN DOWNS
WHEREAS, preliminary approval for a plat to be known as
"Kristin Downs" has been granted by the Comon Council,
and
WHEREAS, the approval was given wtth the understanding that
several parcels of land not included in the planned unit
development will be conveyed to adjacent property owners,
and
WHEREAS, MC Development Co., Inc. (developers of Kristin
Downs) has submitted a title report on a parcel of land
adjacent to property owned by the City of Muskego and
which is located on Pioneer Drive and is further ready
to provide the city with the deed for the land,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Clerk and
Mayor to accept, in the name of the city, a strip of land
adjacent to the old city hall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any such transaction is subject
to approval by the City Attorney.
