SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED REZONING

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a
Mr. Scott Krause to rezone a parcel of land
from A (Agriculture) to R3, and
petition from
in Section 26
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a public hearing on the
proposed rezoning be held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the date of December 9,
1975, at 7:15 P.M. for the public hearing on the proposed
rezoning in Section 026 from A (Agriculture) to R3
