APPROVAL OF OPERATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS
OF WAUER SANITARY LANDFILL SITE
WHEREAS, Section 4.3 of an executed agreemenr between the City
of Muskego and Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. provides
that the sanitary landfill operational and development plans
are subject to annual review and approval of the Plan Commission
and the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has made the necessary review
of the status of the operation with representatives of Waste
including a report from Zoning Officer Lee and the discussion
Management of Wisconsin, :Inca, and
WHEREAS, Section 4.3 provides as follows: “All operational plans
and development plans shall be subject to annual review and
but such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld and shall be
approval of the Plan Commission and City Council of Muskego;
consistant with the rights and responsibilities set forth in
this contract and permit.”, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission is of the opinion that the conditions
of the agreement between the city and Waste Management of Wisconsin,
Inc. are being fulfilled,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby approve of the operation and development plans of the
Wauer sanitary landfill site.
