APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Walter Koenig)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted by
Walter and Viola Koenig to finalize a two parcel division
of the Walter Koenig property at W138 S7071 Sherwood
Circle, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
said division,
'IRIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey
map for a two parcel division of the Walter Koenig property
on Sherwood Circle in Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval by the city engineer.
