ACCEPTING THE LOW BID FOR INSTALIATION OF
SEWER CONNECTIONS

WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the installation of sewer
connections to the balance of the residents in the "G"
Districts who have not connected to the city's sewer system, and
and "H"
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

S69 W14105 Tess Corners Drive 1,280.00 625.00
S76 W19666 Prospect Drive 861.00 715.00
W124 S6374 Hawthorne Drive 2,450.00

and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the low
bids of John Lang be accepted for the above listed properties, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Hacker, Jr., W124 S6374 Hawthorne Drive, has
advised the committee that he prefers nottto be considered a forced
hookup and has contracted to have the work done,
THEREFORE'; BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bids of John Lang in the amounts
of $1,714.00 for S68 W12949 Camilla Drive, $635.00 for S69 W15105
Tess Corners,Drive, and $715.00 for S76 W19666 Prospect Drive, for
connec&ion to the city's sewer system,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary contracts in the name of the city.
