AUTHORIZING THE MOVING OF BACKSTOPS AT
MILL VALLEY PROJECT
3 WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board, in cooperation with
the Muskego-Norway School District, is in the process of
developing three new baseball diamonds on the Mill Valley
School grounds, and
WHEREAS, during the development of the baseball diamonds
the backstops were inadvertently placed too close to the
batter's box, and
WHEREAS, it wfll cost $825.00 each, or a total of $2475.00
to move the backstops to their proper location, .snd
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended that
the necessary work be done and the cost charged to the Mill
Valley Park construction project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Park and
Racreation Board, does hereby authorize the expenditure
of $2475.00 for the purpose of relocating three existing
'backstops.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if sufficient monies are not
in the Park and Recreation capital budget the needed amount
will be transferred from the apLtal budget contingency fund.
