AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS AND TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR REPAIR
OF JEWEL CREEK CHANNEL BULKHEAD WALL
WHEREAS, the Jewel Creek Channel bulkhead wall is badly in need
of repair, and
WHEREAS, monies are available in the 1975 capital budget to
complete the above project, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recmended that the
bulkhead wall in Jewel Creek be repaired,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee,
does hereby authorize the Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke
to prepare the plans and specifications upon the approval of
the Public Works Committee to advertise for bids for the repair
of the Jewel Creek Channel bulkhead wall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee report
the results of the bidding along with their recommendation to
the Common Council for their approval.
