AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL
(Paul Maxwell)
WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mr. Paul Maxwell, owner
of Lots 14 and 15, Kingston Subdivision #2, to be given a refund
for one of the sewer laterals that had been installed to serve
his property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
sewer lateral charge in the amount of $225.00 be refunded to
Mr. Maxwell,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the, recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
does hereby approve of the refunding of a sewer l.ateral charge in
the amount of $225.00 to Mr. Paul Maxwell, owner of Lots 14 and 15,
Kingston Subdivision $12, since use of the two lots would not be
permitted for building purp 's Zoning Ordinance.
