AUTHORIZING REFUND TO WILLIAM SCHULTZ
(Fountainwood Lot)
WHEREAS, the city has previously sold Cot 11 Block 16 Fountainwood
Subdivision, to Mr. William Schultz, and
WHEREAS, he has asked for a refund because of the questionable soils
in the area, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a refund of
$7,500.00 be approved by the Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
William Schultg in the amount of $7,500.00 which he paid for the
Muskego does hereby approve of the request for a refund for Mr.
purchase of Lot 11 Block 16, Fountainwood Subdivision upon receipt
by the city of warranty deed by the purchaser.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the clerk is authorized to make the
necessary payment.
