ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR SITE AND ROAD
GRADING IN INDUSTRIAL PARK
WKEBEAS, bids have been advertised for the site and road
grading for the balance of the city's industrial park,
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
DeBack Grading Edgerton Construction
Mann Brothers
Gyuro Construction
Stoehr Grading
Wolf Construction Stack Construction

and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee and the city's consulting engineers, Ruekert and Mielke have recommended that the low
bid of Gyuro Construction Co. in the amount of $94,064.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Cormnittee, and the city's consulting engineers, does hereby
accept the low bid from Gyuro Construction Co. in the
amount of $94,064.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name
of the city.
