ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED UTr
(Krogman's 1st Add. Subdivsion)

WHEREAS, the Council had previouslv authorized the Mavor to
negotiate for the sale of- tax delinquent lots acquired~by~the
city, and
WHEREAS, the city has received an-offer from John Lang, adjacent
property owner to Lot 7, Krogman's 1st Add. Subdivision, in the
amount of $1.100.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the offer of
dhh Lang in the amount of $1,100.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer of John Lang in the
amount of $1,100.00 for Lot 7, Krogman's 1st Add. Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance is predicated
upon Lots 7 and 6 being joined.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there will be no lateral refund
made on this property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary legal documents in the mame of the city.
