ACCEPTING THE LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF
SEWER CONNECTIONS
(John Lang)
L WHEREAS, bid5 have been advertised for the installation of sewer
connections to several residents in the "G" District who have
not connected to the city's sewer system, and
WHEREAS, only one bid was received from John Lang for the following
locations:

S66 W13923 Saroyan Road 1,403.00
W144 S6720 Tess Corners Drive 1,585.00

and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
above bids from John Lang be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the CiJy
of Muskego does hereby accept the above bids from sewer contractor
John Lang.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary contracts in the name of the city.
