ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR PARK SITE DEVELOPMENT
(Kurth Park - Lions Park - Jensen Park)
improvements of lions Park, Kurth Park and Jensen Park, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has received bids for
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Kurth Park Lions Park Jensen Park
A. T. Forseth Contractors $20,561.32 $19,024.77 $7,553.85
Daniel C. Burbach, Inc. 29,989.00 19,881.90 14,431.00
Amble Landscaping, Inc. 28,104.78
and
1975 capital budget, and
WHEREAS, monies have been provided for this project in the
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended that
the low bid of A.iT. Forseth for improvements in Kurth, Lions
and Jensen Parks be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego,does hereby accept the low bid of A. T. Forseth
funds being available in the 1975 Park & Recreation Budget,
Contractors, Inc. in the total amount of $47,139.94 subject to
for further development of Kurth Park, Lions Park and Jensen Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized'
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
