RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR STATE SAND AND GRAVEL
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a renewal
of Conditional Use Grant #37 for an Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after public hearing, has
recommended that the permit be granted, and
WHEREAS, the city has on file a restoration bond in the amount
of $75,000.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby confirm the recommendation 6f the Plan
Commission and approve of the renewal of Condition Uee Grant #37
for an Extractive Permit for State Sand and Gravel, Inc. and
Payne and Dolan of Wisconsin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is given with the
prior to approval in 1976.
