APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
LAKE LORE ESTATES
WHEREAS, the city has received a preliminary plat of Lake
Lore Estates, a portion of the Covenant Living Centers
planned unit development on McShane Road, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has adopted Resolution P.C.
#83-75 recommending approval of the preliminary plat, sub-
ject to the city receiving an acceptable landscaping plan
and planting schedule, the receipt of a detailed descrip-
ceipt of engineering date regarding %he roads, shoreline
tion of the treatment and use of the outlot, and the re-

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approved the preliminary plat of Lake Lore Estates subject to the following conditions:
1. Receipt of an acceptable landscaping plan and
planting schedule.
2. Receipt of a detailed description of the treat-
ment and use of the outlot, and
3. Receipt of engineering data regarding the roads,
shoreline development, storm water drainage,
and water supply.
