AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH
LA MAR - SCHREIBER €x ASSOCIATES
(Lions, Kurth, Jensen)
WHEREAS th e Park and Recreation Board has amrov ed of an
agreement between the City of Muskego and L&ar - Schreiber
& Associates for the purpose of providing professional
planning services for the development of Lions Park, Kurth
Park and Jensen Recreation Center, and
WHEREAS, the agreement must be executed by the Mayor and City
Clerk after approval by the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute the agreement between La Mar - Schreiber & Associates
for the purpose of providing professional planning services
Recreation Center.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED is agreement must be submitted
to the City Attorney
