i) EXTENSION OF TIME LIMIT OF KRISTIN
DOWNS DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, on January 14, 1975, the Common Council adopted
RZsolution #5-75 vlhich indicated its intent to permit the
sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the resolution further provided that an acceptable
within six months of the adoption of that resolution, and
developer's agreement and the final plat will be accepted
WHEREAS, Mr. Herbert Puetzer has requested that he be given
an extension of time which would be six months from the
date of the preliminary plat was approved by the Council,
