RESOLUTION #1%-75,
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has been advised that some
monies will be needed to cover the costs of the Police and
Fire Commission's hearing regarding the Kraus vs. Wilcox
matter, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that $3,000.00
be transferred from Account #292 Unappropiated Surplus.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muske o does hereby authorize the transfer of $3,000.00
Municipal Court.
