AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF $100.00 TO
A. BADERTSCHER FOR FENCE
WHEREAS, the citv has received a request for reimbursement for
$100.00 to Mr. AlfredBadertscher to cover a portion of the. cost
of installing a fence separating his property from that of the
city's, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee feels that there is both a legal
and moral obligation to grant his request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the payment of $100.00 to Mr.
AlfregBadertscher to cover a portion of the costs for installing
a reke between Mr. Badertscher's anhthe city's property.
