AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
AND ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR FORCED HOOK-UPS
(Districts "G" and "HI')
WHEREAS, there are several residents residing in the "GI' and "H"
Sewer District who have not connected into the city's municipal
sewer system and have not indicated in any way that they intend to
do so through the request of a permit, etc., and
WHEREAS, they have been given notice that hook-up is required or
the city would have it done and placed on the tax roll, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Cmittee has now recommended that
Ruekert & Mielke prepare the specifications and advertise for bids
for forced hook-up for the residents who have not connected into
the city's municipal sewer system,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Sewer Comittee,
authorize the engineering firm of Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the
specifications and to advertise for bids for the forced hook-up
to the properties that have not connected into the city's municipal
sewer system.
BE IT J?URTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Cmittee is authorized to
accept the lowest bids in the name of the city and that the Clerk
and Mayor are
the name of
