DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for legal status for two lots located on College
Avenue by David Beierle, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Conunission has recommended denial of same
for the following reasons:
1. This is an KSE District which requires 40,000 sq. ft.
lots if sewer is available and double lot size if
sewers are not available.
2. This area is not intended for sewer for several
years.
3. The lot on which the existkg residence is located
is 34.,533 sq. ft, aad the lot for which legal status
is requested is 24,875 sq. ft. which is considerably
less than irhe loir size required if sewers were
availabl?.
4. These lctc 3-r: loraeed in a predominantly undeveloped
area md to pernit lEg3.l status for these substandard
lots would have a iendency to set a precedent for
future development .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOT.VED EhaL the Cgcunoil Council of the City
of Muskego does hcreby deny, upcn rhc recmmendation of the
City Plan Commissio~n: th? request for legal status for two
lots on Cgllege Avenue for the above stated reasons.
