DIRECTING CITY ENGINEER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS~
FOR SANITARY SEWER INSTALLATION IN UMBEZEDER DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Common Council has by the adoption of Resolution
#124-75 declared its intent to levy special assessments in an
area known as "Northwest District - J-10 Assessment District",
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been scheduled for July 22, 1975,
at 7:OO P.M., and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke require
Common Council authorization before advertising for bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the consulting engineers,
Ruekert & Mielke, to advertise for bids for sanitary sewer
installation in the area known as "Northwest District - J-10
Assessment District."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the results of, the bidding will -
be presented to the Cmon Council r their review and Wpproval.
