APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 AND THE KOEFERL ESTATE
(Sewer Assessment)
WHEREAS, at the time sewers were installed in the "G"
District a deferred assessment was granted to Mr. Gregory
Koeferl by the city in the amount of $59,775.41, and
WHEREAS, the city further permitted the splitting of
that deferred assessment covering lands on the north and
south side of Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, the representatives of the Gregory Koeferl Estate
wish to pay off the total assessment on the north side of
Woods Road in the amount of $29,983.40 plus $931.20 which
is the balance of the assessment on the Koeferl residence,
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been approved by the City Attorney
regarding the matter and the Finance Cormnittee has recommended
adoption of a resolution approving the agreement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recmendation of the Finance
Cormnittee, does hereby approve of the agreement between
the Koeferl Estate and the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the document in thoame of the city.
