ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF
CONCRETE INVERTS
(Fountainwood Subdivision)
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the installation of
concret inverts for the final phase of the Fountainwood
Ditch Project, and
WHEREAS, the fobwing bids have been received:
Forseth Contractors $ 19,500.00
Burkhart Construction 20,911.75
DeBack Grading 23,142.00
Linnan Construction ti Engineering Co. 22,135.00
Fredricks Construction 33,785.00
Brookfield Culvert 19,455.50
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid of Brookfield Culvert Co. in the amount of $19,455.50
be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, accept the low bid of Brookfield Culvert Co.
in tte amount of $19,455.50 for the installation of concrete
inverts in the Fountainwood Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary documentfl in the name of the city.
