DIREmING CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAPT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEG0

WHEREAS, Resolution #156-75 was presented to the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, the recommendation of the Plan Commission was not
adopted, and
WHEREAS, it was necessary for the Plan Commission to
review its recommendation in the light of the Council's
disagreement, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission re-affirmed its recommendation
at its meeting held June 17, 1975,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to
draft thc necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map
of the CltYby rezoning the following described property
from RS-3 to RS-2:
Portions of property owned by Chester Luedke,
Harold Dielifuss and Fred Schaefer lying south
of Janesville Road, east of Bay Lane, west of
the proposed freeway corridor and north of
Woods Road in Sections 10 and 11, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
