DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
(W. Tower Drive)
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1974, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #110-74 declaring its intent to have W. Tower
Drive become a public right-of-way and on September 24,
1974, adopted Resolution #231-74, accepting W. Tower
Drive as a public right-of-way and on February 25, 1975
adopted Resolution 1/56-75 directing the City Attorney
to prepare the necessary documents for assessment pro-
ceedings , and
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of May the Common Council
adopted Ordinance #303, entitled, Ordinance Establishing
West Tower Drive Assessment District And Levying Special
Assessments for Permanent Improvements Thereon and on
June 10, 1975, held a public hearing on special assess-
ments for asphalting and street surfacing on W. Tower
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee is of the opinion
that the proposed assessment of $220.00 is reasonable
and proper,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to
prepare the final resolution necessary for establishing
the assessments on W. Tower Drjq?.
