A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND FILING OF
APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL DEMONSTRATION GRANT FOR LAKE REHABILITATION

WHEREAS the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, is
contemplating the rehabilitation of Little Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS applications is being made pursuant to the Federal
Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 for a Federal
grant to assist in financing such work, and
WHEREAS one of the requirements of such a grant is that a
representative be authorized by formal action of the governing
body for the said City to file and sign the Federal grant appli-
cation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Jerome Gottfried, Mayor of
said City, is hereby designated the authorized representative of
the City and shall be authorized to file and sign said appli-
cation for a Federal grant bn behalf of said City of Muskego,
Wisconsin. ,,-7
