AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING FOR
SALE OF CITY-OWNED LOTS
WHEREAS, in October, 1974 the Common Council adopted Resolution e #245-75, Authorizing the Purchase of Tax Delinquent Lands, and
WHEREAS, this resolution involved Lot 1 Block 27, Hale Park
Highlands, and Lot 12 Block 15, Fountainwood 3rd Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the city
offer for sale the above two lots in the amount of $10,500 and
$7,500.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Comittee,
does hereby authorize the advertising for sale of Lot 1 Block 27,
Hale Park Highlands for $10,500.'00 a for Lot 12 Block 15,
Fountainwood 3rd Addition for $7,500.~ T 0.
