AUTHORIZING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR IBM TYPEWRITER
a WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed maintenance agreement between City of Muskgo and
IBM Corporation for a new typewriter in city hall be
accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego doahereby approve of the proposed main-
tenance agreement between the City of Muskego and the IBM
Corporation for a recently purchased typewriter in city hall
in the amount of $21.70.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in the name f the city, said agree-
ment to expire October 31, 1975.4
