APPROVAL OF CERTIFIRD SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a 1-t acre division from 6 acres
owned by Robert and Judith Klenz, W159 S7985 Sandy Beach
Lane in the SE% of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
said division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey
map to finalize a 1-Jz acre division from 6 acres owned by
Robert and Judith Klenz, W159 W7985 Sandy Beach Lane in the
SEk of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
approval by the city engineer; ,/
