CCR1975159RESOLUTION #159-75 e ACCWPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND IN MUSE GO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $8,568.00 for the
purchase of Parcel "A1' of Lot 11, Block 2 in the city's
industrial park by Matthew R. and Violet A. Burazin, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
the Finance Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase
for Parcel "A" of Lot 11, Block 2 (1.071 acres) from
Matthew F. and Violet A. Burazin in the city's industrial
park for a price of $8,568.00.
BE IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
