ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE A PORTION OF
CITY-OWNED LOT - FORMER LASSA LOT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
a portion of the former Lassa lot, now owned by the city, from
the adjacent property owner, Larry W. Zingsheim, in the amount
of $3,000.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer has been reconnnended by the Finance
Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase a portion
of the former Lassa lot, now..owned by the city, from the
adjacent property owner, Larry W. Zingsheim, in the amount
of $3,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the
city.
