DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Luedtke, Diekfuss, Schaefer)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that certain lands in Sections 10 and 11
in the City of Muskego be rezoned from RS-3 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Mukego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of
the city by rezoning the following discribed property from
Rs-3 to Rs-2:
Portions of property owned by Chester Luedke,
Harold Diekfuss and Fred Schaefer lying south
of Janesville Road, east of Bay Lane, west of
the proposed freeway corridor and north of Woods
Road in Sections 10 and 11, City of Muskego,
'Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
