ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLANTION OF SANITARY
SEWER, STOW SEWER AND WATER MAIN IN THE CITY OF
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK 0
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for installation
of Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Water Main in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer has recommended that
the lbw: bid.,.of Reesman Excavating Company in the amount of $101,038.75
be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common 'ouncil of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Reesman Excavating Company
in the amount of $101,038.75 for installation of Sanitary Sewer, Storm
Sewer and Water Main in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City subject to
approval by
