CCR1975147RESOLUTION #147-75 CLARIFYING RESOLUTION 11127-68 REGARDING PAY TO CITY EMPLOYEES WHILE AT MILITARY SUMMER CAMP WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, on the 9th day of July, 1968, adopted Resolution #127-75, Authorizing Full Time Pay to City Employees While at Military Surmner Camp, and WHEREAS, in most instances employees attending summer military camp are required to work a full seven days a week in comparison to their normal work week while employed by the city, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the amount of pay an employee is required to return to the city for wages received while attending military summer camp should be no more than those wages received for the days he actually would have worked for the city, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego re-affirms the action set forth in Resolution #127-68 which provides for full pay to city employees while at military summer camp. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount of pay an employee is required to return to the city for wages received while attending military summer camp should be no more than those wages received for the days he actually would have - worked for the city.
