APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon
known as Heather Ridge Estates, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat
known as Heather Ridge Estates in the Town of Vernon.
