DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO

WHRREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that certain lands in the City of Muskego
be rezoned from RS3 to RS3 with an Overlay Planned Development,
and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of
the city by rezoning the following discrtbed property from
RS3 to RS3 OPD: e Approximately 49 acres of property in the SWk
of Section 9, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, which is bounded on the north by the
business district along Highway 24, on the west
by the residential and business area along
Pioneer Drive, on the south by the abandoned
electric company right-of-way and on the east
by the Hudson Funeral Home, St. Leonard’s Sub-
division and the St. Leonard’s Congregation
property. This property may more generally be
described as being the former Lazynski-Beck lands.
