ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE FOUNATINWOOD LOT
(Kenneth & Sandra Wysocki)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has recieved an offer to
purchase Lot 18 Block 26, Foun,tainwood Subdivision, from
Kenneth and Sandra Wysocki, in the amonnt of $7,500.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer has been recommended by the Finance
Comi ttee ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does' hereby accept the offer to purchase
Lot 18 Block 2.6, Fountainwood Subdivision, in the amount of
$7,500.00, from Kenneth and Sandra Wysocki.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in the
