ACCEPTNICE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE FOUNTAINWOOD LOT
(Norbert & Irene Olejnik)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
Lot 12, Block 16, Fountainwood Subdivision, from Norbert and
Irene Olejnik, in the amount of $7,500.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer has been recommended by the Finance
Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase Lot 12,
Block 16, Fountainwood Subdivision, in the amount of $7,500.00,
from Norbert and Irene Olejnik.
BE IT FURTHER REOOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
e to execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the
city. /I
