ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION
OF BASEBALL DIAMONDS AT MILL VALLEY SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the city of Muskego Park and Recreation Board has
advertised for bids for the development of Mill Valley School
ballfields, and
WHEREAS, the attached bids were received, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended that
the Bruce Company of Middleton, Wisconsin, be awarded the low
bid of $31,203.85.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Park and Recreation
Board, does hereby accept the low bid of the Bruce Company
for the development of the Mill Valley School ballfields at a
total cost of $31,203.85
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
